Easy install but doesn't last long, hence our second purchase of this replacement part (and we only use this during cold winter months).

The heater portion of my Broan Nutone bathroom fan/light/heater stopped working in fewer than 6 months after the unit was installed and i had gone without the heater for a few years

It works fine so far (2 months post install).

Product didn't even work for 3 months once installed.

Our blood runs cold (we live in the Northeast where the winters are cold) and we always use our little ceiling heater in the bathroom to warm the room up before showering as well as during showers to stay warm.
