This replacement was very easy to install as it only took a screwdriver and snapping in the electrical connections

Replacement is rather easy since all you have to do is remove a few screws and unplug the fan/heater assembly (which is held by two hex nuts)

We purchased this replacement in October of 2013 as our original element had burned up (less then 6 months of use).
