I now not only have heat but also have a clean unit because i took the time to clean everything while making the repair

The sale of this item is a scam for poor people who bought this faulty unit in general

These units were pricey (about $200) but worth it just for the ease of maintenance/repair.

Believe if the operators manual specified to clean the entire NuTone unit at least annually, the Heating element may not have failed

The Broan 110HL heat-vent-light unit is a pack of crap.

Unit works great.

This one, around the 4th for our ceiling heater, vent,light bathroom unit, burned out within a couple of months.

Never cleaned the overall unit

and past any return for defective units as I already clicked on the return/replacement and was told so.

These had a product recall at one time where NuTone graciously replaced the bad heating unit

Could not recommend this unit to anyone
