Vudu constantly buffers during playback; which has been a known issue since the Oreo update, but no fix.3

This is a known issue on the forums.7) Transferring files over the local network to the Shield is a literal nightmare as the device does not show up on the network half the time

I looked online and there is some known issue I tried the fix it works better but is still not the best

Using Shield -> Receiver -> TV, just have to make sure the receiver is 4K capable and use high quality HDMI cables that can process 60hz.
