NOW.The device is easy to use, the remote and controller both work excellently, installing things is straightforward, and if you're a techie and want to get your hands dirty, the device can be mounted as a network share (via Plex) and can accept an external HDD to hold games, movies, etc.

These devices are complete garbage

If you don't already own an android device good luck getting this piece of junk working.

The addition of Amazon Prime Streaming is the icing on the cake that Android devices have been missing to date.

This device does set my TV in HDR mode through my Amp and starts to play content through Netflix but it freezes from time to time when playing Netflix HD, 4K, and HDR content.

It seems I should have just stuck with the more reliable ROKU units because I never used the voice search anywhere near enough to warrant a less reliable device and the gaming has zero appeal because gaming from a distance on a TV generally sucks when your used to a PC.
