Just bought the 2017 edition of the shield TV.The remote control has crazy intermittent lag, where commands aren't responded to for over 15-50 seconds

The only issue I have come to experience from time to time is that the remote lags

It's still faster than most top end generic Android boxes out there no lag or delay in even with multiple apps, can run kodi but interface is nice.

Only gripe I can indicate is occasionally there is lag from the remote control, but there are firmware updates coming out all the time.

So if you're going to game with one controller, would recommend using Moonlight app on the shield tv, as it's much smoother than nvidia app
