Generally great product, probably the best android TV in the market, HDR is supported for a great picture (you need a supported TV) as well as Google Assistant support which is very nice, especially if you are into smart home

I had hoped to replace my 2014-era Kindle Fire TV with this, but instead it was one of the most infuriating product experiences I've had in a while

So to sum it up, I gave it 4 stars because it is still a a great (but expensive) product, I would give it 5 stars if there was no such a major issues with the Game Controller which, as I believe, the gaming part supposed to justify the expensive part.

The Nvidia Shield tv is a decent product that has a bunch of flaws that you will not read about in reviews
