    • It shows very poorly on their quality process and customer support
    • To add to that there is no trouble shooting guide available anywhere and customer support is all but non-existent
    • I wanted to know if the receiver was acting correctly so I contacted customer support
    • NYRIUS customer support is useless.
    • Spent time with customer support but no use
    • Contacted customer support at Nyrius and followed all of their recommendations: re-locating the units, trying on other TV's, etc.
    • Unlike Nyrius, IOGEAR has exceptional customer support.
    • I would have given it 5 stars, because the product works fine, but Nyrius Customer support is totally non-existant
    • Personally, I wouldn't waste my time for no other reason that Nyrius offers absolutely no customer support

    • There is ZERO customer support from Nyrius.
    • Nyrius explained in an e-mail query to customer support that the devices only have one transmission channel which would preclude a second pair.
