Nyrius ARIES Home HDMI Digital Wireless Transmitter & Receiver for HD 1080p Video Streaming, Cable box, Satellite, Bluray, DVD, PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, Laptops, PC (NAVS500)

    • the device works great, the picture is pretty good
    • This is not a big issue since the device still looks fine (like a small black switch) if laid flat.
    • My Xbox360 is collecting dust now, since I can play my PC games which much higher graphics quality and without having to buy an extra desktop only for my living room thanks to the NAVS500.So great product that has worked for me without a hitch, the only negative point I have to remark is that accidentally and easily broke off the hooks from one of the footstands, so I cannot use the stand anymore and have to lay the device flat
    • Much time wasted attempting to troubleshoot, and finally a chat session with Nyrius made it clear that these devices are incompatible with the DirecTV Genie system
    • but I am not surprised that there's no similar offer on this fragile device
    • All in all, I would highly recommend these devices.

    • this device works flawlessly
    • Overall this is a good device although a little fiddly
    • I highly recommend this device.
    • The device needs cooling so if you're planning to place it in a cabinet, consider adding a fan and consider the degradation in tange depending on number of obstacle in the way and materials they're made of
    • Very unpredictably, the devices started to lose sync
    • This device works very well
    • This device is by far the best I've ever used
    • UPDATE (>1year of use): This device performed well with the minor issues I notice mebfore, but this time it's the last straw
    • I gave it 4 out of 5 because it is not perfect but there are SO many variables that any device that is designed to do this is almost impossible to work perfectly
    • I will be doing that now however as this device is simply not reliable.
    • Device works great
    • Great Device

    • Fantastic device!
    • The device worked fine but it jammed the signal on my two wireless cable
    • The device works fine at times but the signal gets lost occasionally.
    • If that is what your goal is then this device will probably work for you.
    • Right now I highly recommend this device.
    • Also - as soon as you changed the channel - the devices lost each other
    • The device worked fine but it jammed the signal on my two wireless cable
    • The range greatly degrades via walls...less than 10m via 2 concrete wallsSometimes when hot, the device add great lag to remote control signals (ambient temperature ~40°C) and sometimes it restarts
    • Even in direct line of site, I still have to reboot the device maybe like once a week as sometimes the picture gets scrambled.
    • This device works as described
    • It's June 2017 and this device has stopped working too.
    • So after a few months, I have discovered that the device stops working every 15 minutes or so.

    • The device works fine at times but the signal gets lost occasionally.
    • anyone has any recommendations for a better device, please let me know
    • After acquiring a video device with only an HDMI output, I embarked on the process of trying to figure out how to fit that into my home entertainment system that only had component cables run between my A/V receiver (which supported HDMI, but I didn't use) and my TV that was only about 15 feet away
    • up to 100ft" is not exactly correct; the best I could get was 30 feet between floors (2 story house); also, I wished it had alternate types of A/V inputs/outputs capabilities to make it compatible with other A/V connections available in older equipment
