This thing is great

I'd much rather comfortably watch on my 4k television than this clunky low-res thing.

I didn't feel like I was able to jump into meaningful things without paying a lot of money or going through multiple menus

This thing is so much better than the Samsung Gear VR seeing as it is a standalone device

I think the battery life is a good thing, as spending too much time in here is probably not good for handling normal parts of life

The weird thing is that my Plex server is in the same LAN as my Oculus Go

so my favorite thing about the headset isn’t even put to use

In another 2 years, these things will be much better when there are more powerful chips and battery life.

They've done some very clever things to keep this device simple and subsequently inexpensive.

I could see this as a WONDERFUL thing to have on long ride, but the battery won't last.

Well that’s the closest thing that I can compare this to.

I have owned every single Oculus VR Headset from the first dev kit, the second dev kit and the retail version (not that silly gear thing though)

Once you put it on, you'll be knee deep in content and functionality and sure to be awed by how cool this thing is
