The unit worked fine at the beginning but later the software kept complaining about losing the HDMI connection

I found after a year of use, the the connection from the headset to the electronics in the strap failed

Sometimes updates take days on my fast internet connection, where the update gets stuck on 11 of 11 at 58% for hours.

Then the USB 3 connection wouldn't work.

I deducted a star only because my right earbud has a bad connection and you have to wiggle it until you can hear sound out of it.

I suspect a bad wiring connection so I am returning my set for a replacement
