Oculus Rift + Touch Virtual Reality System

    • (or VR sickness.)
    • I think the vive is a better vr
    • The VR really is an experience and exceeded my expectations
    • I still enjoy playing VR whenever I can.
    • I love the Oculus Rift and VR in general, but it definitely has it's pros and cons
    • May not work with Steam VR.
    • I really liked the VR when I first got it.
    • Unless you try a good quality VR like this, you cannot fully understand how immersive and awesome it is to be in the VR world
    • Don't get me wrong, the screen door effect is present and more so if you focus on it, but watching 2d, 3d and VR videos are what this excels at.+ As mentioned above, it has a resolution of 2880 x 1600 (1440 x 1600 per eye), so going from the Rift to Odyssey, its immediately noticable, especially with 4k content.+ Was able to easily play all my Oculus and Steam VR apps easily (Beat Saber, Super Hot VR, Box VR, Moss, Whirligig &
    • I can play Steam VR just absolutely perfect after adjusting the sensors a little
    • Touch controllers elevate this to the best VR system
    • I was one that thought VR was a gimmick like curved TVs or neon clothes
    • G3-571-77QK - VR Ready "
    • So this is the perfect point to jump in and see if you are going to enjoy VR.
    • I also recommend you pick up super hot vr
    • One can only imagine how much better VR will become in the very near future with 4k or greater resolutions, headsets that are lighter and tetherless
    • Comprehensive experience of the best VR
    • I do believe that VR is the future and that it can only improve from here on out
    • I'm running a VR ready PC, and I still get a noticeable amount of lag
    • On the game side most of VR titles out there work with oculus, while the oculus store have a few games that worth the price, steam have the rest of titles and there is no problem playing VR on steam with your oculus, aside from titles that are more exclusive for vive like fallout 4VR or skyrim, but there are a few tricks to be able to play it as if they were for both systems
    • but still a good starter vr
    • Another win is that the Oculus has access to all the Vive game without the need for any hacks or tech savvy (just download steam vr)All in all, if its archery practice, checking out the solar system or killing rogue robots, I am able to completely immerse myself in other worlds as well as my own (Google earth VR is amazing
    • The touch controllers make this an outstanding VR value.
    • I recommend an Oculus Rift VR Cover (Green 2 pack).....as you will get a lot of sweat on the interface and the covers make cleaning it easy.
    • It Just seemed like VR was the next obvious step
    • THE GOOD• Jaw dropping experience: I've tried VR before on the PS4 and the HTC Vive, but only the Rift blew my mind
    • Also while there are great Vr games, even the best ones feel half finished and buggy
    • The kit itself was not bad everything you need to have a great vr play time.. but being honest it really needs that third sensor -.- all in all so much fun and everyone needs to try it
    • It really shows how VR can be utilized to enhance more traditional games, rather than just for first person experiences.
    • Vr is fun
    • If you haven't tried a few of the successful titles in VR yet, you need to before you can conclude that VR is a gimmick
    • Had been waiting for VR to become more affordable so bout the Rift
    • I've used other VR stuff, like Google Cardboard, and this is something completely different
    • Pros- Cheapest mainstream VR headset.- Comfortable controllers.- Light headsetCons- Poor sensors, far worse than HTC Vive and they are also small, therefore requiring you to buy another sensor and even mounts to attach them all to your walls for optimal 360
    • We LOVE this VR system
    • Great VR system
    • Was skeptical about the whole vr
    • The Rift is a great entry level VR that I would recommend in a heartbeat
    • Bottom Line: I was going to wait for gen 2 before I ever tried modern VR, but the experience was that great for me and was akin to my first time popping super mario 64 into a N64 and playing a 3d game for the first time
    • Overall I HIGHLY recommend experiencing VR to anyone and everyone.
    • And to top of off, if you want to play fallout 4 vr at ALL you have to do some tinkering on 3rd party software to be able to play it without losing your mind trying to navigate the menus
    • i reallly love this vr
    • I want to say that VR isn't ready for the consumer, but that would be unfair to the competitors
    • Your mileage may vary, but playing New Vegas with software like vorpx is more like a pop-up book instead of a full VR experience like Fallout 4.
    • Decent mid-tier vr system
    • This is a great VR
    • My son saved up his birthday and Xmas money for 2 years to buy a VR, and when he got his VR in he loved it, played it all the time, and all of a sudden on day the screen would go black when you were playing then come back and go black again everytime you moved around
    • Pros its VR
    • And as far as motion sickness, that's just common with intense VR games, the fault isn't the Rift, it;s our own senses not handling VR well - simply put, don't play games rated
    • Google Earth VR is just amazing.
    • Amazing VR headsets
    • My daughter and I love playing the VR and the usability of the Rift is well thought out.
    • Truly a great VR headset
    • I'm tempted to buy Skyrim VR but only when i'm done with Subnautica
    • My conclusion on which vr is superior: All articles you read will say it doesnt matter, me, not so much
    • I personally think VR is not a gimmick but a different experience
    • the best VR system....worth every penny
    • Most fantastic VR in the world
    • and not bad vr system!!!
    • Modern VR has the same problem in that you can't understand what it is until you experience it.
    • Awesome VR system.
    • PROS1-cheaper than the Vive2:great packagingCons:1:Lower quality than the Vive2-stupid software and less games support ( games e.g LA Noire VR
    • , then get yourself a third sensor (which still sums up to less than other VR headsets)And enjoy the greatest VR experience, from the best in the business.
    • Amazing VR experience, Easy setup
    • I can't put it down, it is by far the greatest VR experience I've had
    • Modern VR has the same problem in that you can't understand what it is until you experience it.
    • I'm able to play and interact with my friends on a whole other level thanks to VR in general
    • You must understand VR is still very new, and when it works (40-50%) of the time its really cool.. with that said the frustration of constantly re-calibrating the sensors gets really old
    • VR are fun, all is left is to wait for more games...
    • Some regular games I play in vr thanks to VorpX are Skyrim SE, Fallout 4, Deus Ex, No Man's Sky, and FF15 just to name a few
    • If you dive right into some faster-motion VR activities, or try use it for long periods, right away, it's only going to make you nauseous
    • Incredible vr sense
    • These non-market controlled prices will kill vr
