The product was defective straight out of the box

He said that as the Technology improves, that he hopes we will find a better VR headset, "even if it's not from us".So while we had to return the headset, at least we have the possibility of getting a better product in the future and we got the full refund price of the product

Really outstanding product

Hopefully this helps anyone on the fence as there is a lot of misinformation out there and both are phenomenal products in their own right.

Not only did the product arrive with a loose cable, but even while it was working the sensor refused to pick up the headset itself

It does not work, it seems to me that the unit that came to me comes with internal factory problems, I think it has an electrical power system that is very dependent not only on the hardware but also on the software, which makes it not a safe product to buy

the sensor will not work and the Oculus app won't let you launch any games making the headset useless and this product is the only one recommended by Oculus.

This product does put strain on your eyes so take breaks, and it's advised that this is not for kids under 13yrs because of the eye strain.

Awesome Product much much better then the previous Oculus

its a great product , fairly easy to set up , I have 3 sensors and it is incredibly acurate how it tracks hand movement with the touch controllers , I use a usb-c hub without issues , and getting games for it is very easy in steam or its own store.

Don't get me wrong the product is outstanding and I will purchase it again if there will be a Oculus Rift MK 2

Its a good product nice overall quality build however the resolution is not there yet , the immersion is great but the resolution needs to be higher and more crisp

Finding a good USB C to HDMI adapter has been a hassle the best one so far has been the Bestbuy house brand out of 4 I have tried

So Install Windows 10 on bootcamp and get a good USB C to hdmi and your good to go

n’t want to scratch the lenses.
