Good product besides one flaw, the cover sometime slides down which causes the grip button to stay pressed.
Returning and will wait for a better product to come on the market since there is only 2 now.

The fit around the handle is pretty good, and the silicon doesn't impinge any of the top buttons or trigger
My only complaint is the portion of the skin has a tendency to touch the top rounds buttons a little, which my throw you off while wearing the headset, as well as the skin has a tendency to "rub" against the middle finger trigger (the one you use to grab items with in most games)
As a bonus, it makes it a little harder to accidentally hit the menu button as you can feel the button a little easier next to the cover
HOWEVER, if does somewhat impinge the "grip" button, often holding it down
