• Reviews around file (1.83 of 5)

    OEM Windows 10 Home, 64-Bit, 1-Pack, DVD

    • And the Desktop still ...looses files (especially saved web-pages) one then has to hunt down with the Explorer (even if they are still in the Desktop folder).Overall, not a failure of WinVISTA or Win8 proportions but nowhere near as good as WinXP - or even Win7 for that matter
    • Then again the reason to use MS Office is that other similar office software do not always read MS Office file 100% correct
    • The main reason for my negative review is that OneDrive, which is an integral, and as far as I can tell, unremovable part of this product, is full of annoying bugs and continuously disorganizes/corrupts my critical work files
    • I can't uninstall it either, "the file is corrupted"
    • Windows 10, like its predecessors, scrambles MBR file on hard drives, "slows down" with use, and now will ERASE any directory IT doesn't approve of (Such as 1.2TB worth of backed-up movie collection over a USB 3.0 drive Linux had to rescue.)
    • I have the Apple Mac computers with all important files never online
    • I ordered this Windows 10 OEM disk from Innovative Supplies to install on a new CPU, motherboard, and SSD to which I would recover my backed-up files
    • 10, 1 hr, exe file crashed 5 times. also checked resources, not even remotely close to maxing out anything.typing in fields such as search windows: this is happening to me a lot
    • I had a problem with a corrupt file
    • I wasted an entire day with technical support to get them to fix the OS, and of course they did their usual remote big brother control BS where they change all your settings and download weird apps/files
    • The install disc is missing drivers/files required for install, using Windows install creator kit to make a bootable USB drive was also fruitless and refused to install due to "missing files" even though it was a fresh ISO from their website
    • No way that computer was so messed up by anything we did but the Windows download that failed left files all over the place that had to be cleaned up… in my opinion, though I can’t prove it
    • The most unfortunate thing is , that we lost family photos and other files
    • However, it's nice to have a licensed, complete DVD on hand for system repairs and recovery (yes, you can burn your own later using ISO files, but if you are doing a PC build and need to buy the COA anyway, why not get an official DVD?)
    • It keeps deleting my files, even though I am certain they do not have virus; I created them on my main computer where all important files are, never been online with it
    • Windows 10 also deletes perfectly good files
    • File Explorer is still slow as 1 1980's computer
