This set has tabs that break off the end with a pair of pliers.

I used the back side of a hammer to break the excess ends off and that worked the best.

but as I needed to file my papers, I paid another $ 10 to a workshop to break the ends so that i could fit the frame in my filing cabinet

I didn't have to mess eith the ends because I used it to the deepest options
