The plastic pieces are not rigid enough to support a good deal of weight.
I was pleasantly surprised to find 2 frames in 1 box, but chagrined to find that they were a good deal shorter than my file drawers

You do have to snap the top bars to the proper length to fit the drawer, but this was not difficult to do.
My neighbor helped snap the metal bar to the correct length to fit properly in the filing cabinet, but once done, easy to install.
Was hard to break the side piece for the right length though.
The length is adjustable and it fits great in my file cabinet.
I needed my husband's help with the pliers to snap off the ends for the right length.

I buy on Amazon on the assurance that the products will be of good quality
Horrible of cheap quality - the side bars do not sit straight up and down like every other file frame I've had for the last 40 years they tilt at an angle because the 'notches' on the frames are not even -
However, the item still works but poor quality.
It is still great quality with the actual product, but I was missing a screw in each box

Very good price for an important item to keep your files organized.
It's not worth the hassle to me to try to return such an inexpensive item.
We are no longer scrambling to try and find small pieces and this sturdy item holds our files well.
Item received missing one of the screws, so I can't use it.

This frame was surprisingly sturdy, and after careful assembly, it did not wobble at all.
The frame is sturdy and and functional, and you can't beat the price.
The 14-18 inch frame worked perfectly and there were two frames per box.
The frame works great, but the packaging came damaged and was missing a screw.
My only complaint is that no matter what I do, the frames are crooked.

Breaking off the tabs to make this fit according to the instructions is just way too difficult.
I got the file frames, and the size is perfect once I broke the tabs off.

But when I hang the files, the tabs on the files are a bit higher than the top of the drawer and get caught
The trick that finally worked was stabilizing the bar on the table with something heavy (I used a heavy pliers), and breaking off two tabs at a time

Was hard to break the side piece for the right length though.
Very easy to break off end pieces to fit to size when following included instructions.
Wow repairing my church office we discovered that all of the filing cabinets were missing the piece to hold folders
There are so many vent & missing pieces I couldn't even make one rack.
They were shipped fast and are very sturdy metal but the 2 top metal pieces, the ones in the picture where the files hang onto are segmented to snap off so you can personalize the depth of your file cabinet

I was aware this was a used item with "cosmetic imperfections" but aware it was going to show up missing screws.
Seemingly frail, the screws on one side slipped out, but at least all I have to do is reassemble the side.
So where I was supposed to have four in total I can only use three because of the missing screws
Product was missing the screws necessary to assemble the unit.

Missing 2 of 4 side rails, only able to make 1 of 2 folder frames
The notches that hold the side rails are not aligned vertically in a perfect way
The right size and fairly easy to put together, but both of the frames ended up with the bottom of the side rail cocked in at about 45 degrees
They went together easily, and the length can be customized easily by snapping off the excess length on the side rails at pre-scored intervals.

I didn't have to mess eith the ends because I used it to the deepest options
but as I needed to file my papers, I paid another $ 10 to a workshop to break the ends so that i could fit the frame in my filing cabinet
This set has tabs that break off the end with a pair of pliers.
I used the back side of a hammer to break the excess ends off and that worked the best.
