I’ve had no strings break surprisingly, and it tunes easily

The only problem I had with it is that one of the strings broke and I had to get new ones, but that's usually always the case with cheap string instruments.

I considered the slightly more expensive KA-S (with the fancier binding), but I am glad I went for this one

As with any string instrument, you'll need to tune the ukulele to the correct pitches: G, C, E, A.

The quality of the kit is excellent and I do recommend it, as long as you go outside of Kala for your tuner needs
