I was unable to locate any app that allowed my NEW Samsung Smart TV to connect to the Seagate Central unit

I had seagate email me the list of compatible Samsung TVs and I got a list of 4 models!

These folders are only accessible from computer/laptop where you can enter password not from network devices(SMART TV) which can access network storage

So this media server that I purchased specifically to play videos with my Samsung TV because it is advertised as having an "Enhanced Media Experience for Samsung Smart TVs" was a complete waste of time and money.

It will not connect directly to a Flatscreen unless the TV is Ethernet capable

Access by iPad Seagate app was good when the it worked and streaming of videos to the smart TV was excellent.

So, I decided to try the larger drive with the hopes of backing up 3 computers, plus watching videos, etc on the two smart tv's.

I also have a 2013 year Samsung SMART TV and there is no Seagate App for the TV.
