-
Overall, I'd recommend this album to anyone.
-
I highly recommend this album for anyone who likes music; and this is from a guy who's a metal head!
-
This is a very good album
-
Just a pure fun party album
-
i love this album
-
I like every track on Ms. Perry's album, I support artists who make great albums, not 2 track albums
-
This album is not going to win a Grammy for album of the year, but I think it is going to be my album of the summer
-
I never hated an album more.
-
2008 brought us some pretty bad albums, but "One of The Boys" probably tops that list.
-
Great album
-
The album was worth every penny!
-
The result is a super album, Katy Perry's music (pop-rock) is simply great and fun
-
Not that this album is bad but it's derivative of so many other things
-
This is a rather mediocre album except for the two standout singles (you know the ones)
-
Overall the album is pretty good with a mix of rock style songs and dance-style music.
-
This album has no filler at all, I genuinely like every single song from "One of the Boys" to "Fingerprints"
-
Pop stands for popular and I believe this album will be VERY popular in the coming months
-
but it truly is a brilliant album
-
- I have very eclectic tastes, but I have to say it was refreshing to hear a female vocalist who didn't create another hip-hop album or a whiny alternative album (you know, the ones where every single song is directed to some guy).
-
The album has been hit-or-miss and thankfully the album at least ends on a good one
-
I got the album because I like the songs on it.
-
Overall this is a really good pop/rock album
-
This is one of my favorite albums of all time
-
This album is a veritable pop masterpiece, and not just the hits, which are all war cries of our schizophrenic, gender confused cyber era.
-
Other than that I did not like this album
-
This album is perfect for who like pop-rock as a kind of music
-
This is a great album
-
I think she could have a really hot album on her hands -- if and when she cuts herself free from the Starmaker Machine
-
If you like Katy Perry this is great - one of her best albums on vinyl
-
Former Christian artist Katy Hudson teams with big-name producers/writers to release an album so unoriginal and pandering it dulls the mind
-
Since the album displayed her feisty, girl-power swagger, It also revealed her more vulnerable side on such regretful ballads
-
I think it's a great album (I'm over 60, so "album" is appropriate).
-
I really wanted to like this album, but that just wasn't possible.
-
Although One of the Boys isn't a bold, rebellious album, if it's good enough for Madonna, then it may just be good enough for us.--Stephanie NolascoSee more music reviews at [...]

I enjoyed this album
-
The whole album is good
-
It's an all around good album to load on the iPod and take with you everywhere
-
I love Katy, I have other albums of hers and they are great
-
I absolutely love this album!
-
The album is fun, and not to be missed!
-
This excellent debut album put Katy Perry squarely on the map as a pop superstar
-
Sorry Katy but this album is horrible, one of the worst of 2008 along with Miley Cyrus.
-
Daughter loves this album
-
Overall, One of the Boys can easily be considered one of the best pop albums of the year, and deservedly so.
-
2008 brought us some pretty bad albums, but "One of The Boys" probably tops that list.
-
It's a great album
-
It's an upbeat album that I really enjoy listening to
-
A few of my favorites: Teenage Dream, One of the Boys, I Kissed a Girl,Waking Up in Vegas,Thinking Of You, MannequinThis album is for anybody that likes a good tune.
-
I thoroughly enjoy the album to this day
-
Songs like "I Kissed a Girl" and "Ur So Gay" (not-so-ironically, the album's lead singles) give the biggest dose of controversy to the album, with Katy (embarrassingly yet humorously) yelling the word "penis" at the end of the latter track
-
overall a very cool well put toegther album, worth eevry single penny of your money, definitely a must have
-
It is a fun, infectious pop/rock album and nothing more than that for me
-
Not a bad album at all.
-
Another great album
-
I think Amazon should label an album "clean" or "explicit" when there's a choice, for clarity's sake
-
This album is better than I expected.
-
I love this album so much.
-
I absoulutely LOVE this album
-
The album is great.
-
This album is fabulous!!!
-
It's different but a great album, I love her song "thinking of you", my fav song
-
I seriously hope there are better albums later in 2008 because I am very dissapointed with the music scene right now.
-
I love this album and I look forward to more singles gettting released on video.
-
Love this first album of hers, ended up finally caving in and buying it on vinyl so I could listen it on my turntable
-
Liked this earlier album
-
She manages to take themes which some could use to gross us out, and make a real "feel good" album
-
and it's a good album to listen to from the beginning 'til the end! This vinyl edition comes in a double-colored-record pack
-
This is not a bad pop album but it's not as good as her other album
-
I love this album, it is playful and witty.
-
This is not a bad pop album but it's not as good as her other album
-
great, great album
-
Great album
-
2.5/5Verdict,A strong album from Katy Perry, you
-
Teenage Dream" is a much better album than this, due to Katy's complete abandonment of ever being viewed as legitimate
-
Great colors and amazing album
-
This is a fantastic album!
-
I seriously hope there are better albums later in 2008 because I am very dissapointed with the music scene right now.
-
The album wears thin quickly, as well
-
As a result, the album fails to make a grand impression on a more discerning listener and is primarily aimed at teenaged consumers, a demographic whose musical tastes are inconstant and often lesser-minded.
-
This album is completely offensive
-
The clarity and warmth of vinyl really bring the album to life.
-
This album recycles every stereotype there is to "empowered" girl music.
-
I love her and her album
-
She caught my attention with Hot and Cold as I loved the rhythm and energy in that song
-
If you like pop music , this is an A+
-
Hot n' cold: 1000000000/10 demands to be a single as well, she just delivers the message of the song sooo well, and describes ups and downs in a relationship as well as to the point of contrasting it with bipolar disorder
