As demonstrated by the picture I show, the jack has been snapped off due to the controller being dropped a couple times with the cord catching the fall, ruining not only the headset, but a perfectly good Xbox ONE controller as well

After 4 months the audio jack broke off inside of a PS4 controller

Functionally they perform as well as or better than more costly headsets, and they're easily as comfortable

I had to turn up the volume more than half the way in order to hear something, but when I tried them on my laptop the volume seem to work pretty good, as well as on my mp3 player
