As a casual audiophile, this product works fine in our 25x25ft family room.

Onkyo knows how to make great products no doubt

If your support team can't be bothered to explain why my brand new product doesn't work with other high end well know products that they are literally designed to work with, then I do not feel confident enough that if your product breaks and I need warranty help, that you will actually help

Probably will never purchase or recommend another Onkyo product to anyone.
