I have had other phones - Motorola phones as a discount from Vonage which were great - and Panasonic phones - liked them both - but the HD Branding and the already happy service quality from OOMA made me think this was a good decision - it was not - this is a DONT WASTE YOUR TIME phone.

Do not bother calling customer service because they shrug their shoulders and say well just return it.

I have been an OOMA customer for 4 years and love the service.

The ooma telo is an a great service and the software is just as good, but this phone is the worse

I like ooma as a service, but the battery quality on these cordless phones is sub par for the price.

I like the Ooma service, and the HD2 handset has quite a few high-tech features

There are far better options out there like Obi200 VOIP box which gives lifetime free service through google voice.

Above and beyond the HD2, I love the Ooma service, they are very progressive and offer a great service for an excellent price...

The service always seemed fine and the voicemail to text notification feature is really nice.

The service for Ooma works pretty well, but I don't find the overall solution a replacement for my home phone lines yet, and the handset leaves a lot of improvement in ergonomics to get up to par with the likes of Panasonic, etc...

For me, I didn't care as I am just wanting basic cheap phone service

This is not a truly free service as described.

I like Ooma service, but skip the HD2 handset.

Also Ooma is a totally free service and you can have 2 telephone number with 2 separate phones

It integrates with OOMA pretty good but the phone itself is terrible which is sad because OOMA is an outstanding service.

Lost all hope that Ooma's handsets were as good as their phone service.

Finally, I was annoyed that the keypad did not beep when I pressed any button on the HD2Keep in mind, I'm using OOMA's basic service and I have no need for their more expensive Premiere service

I never thought I could get such good phone service for $3.82 per month.

I really like Ooma's service and their Telo and Linx devices are quite nice

I love OOMA service & thought ithe handset may enhance it, but the sound & functions are really no different

While I really enjoy the Ooma service, wi-fi adapter, etc...the HD2 handset has been a big disappointment.

Stick with Ooma VOIP services (fantastic support and very inexpensive) and their Lynx remote but leave this phone out of your shopping cart

There have been times when I wanted to rip my ooma device out of the wall, but there have also been times when ooma provided top notch service - better than most landlines and certainly better than cell phones

That seems horrible customer service to me, and nothing said only 4 handsets were supported

From day 1 I have had nothing but great service from OOMA and there products

when I try to open one of my home phones into a connection in progress from another room in the house, I get no line, no connection, nothing!!!This has been frustrating since after you make all the changes (and you have to pay $40 to keep your line), the unsatisfactory service starts...

Google Voice is a superior service and requires NO MONEY AT ALL, not even for a device that acts as a router!I only purchased this because I wanted it separate for work.

I highly recommend the service.

My wife and I love the Ooma service, especially the blocking features of Ooma Premier.

OOMA works fine as a service, but this handset is simply something to avoid.

We do the free service, where you only pay the taxes on the phone line.

A very nice handset to complement your Ooma Service.

Not ideal, but not as bad as I first thought.-The square pad in the middle which has directional buttons is extremely small, and it takes concentration to press the right button
