It is a weird shaped phone and is missing an" ease of use"
-
The overall shape of this phone is weird and a little on the heavy side...
-
My only complaint about these handsets is that the cup for your ear isn't shaped very well
-
I think they could have designed the phone to actually be shaped like other phones and less like a TV remote.
-
I received it in good shape and on time.
-
The keys and buttons are large enough for someone like me with large hands, but the shape and slipperiness of the phone makes it hard to use
-
It is a little too wide to fit in the hand, and the shape makes it difficult to grip.- the color screen is very difficult to read, particularly the white lettering on the mid blue background of the soft keys.- the mouse type selector is difficult to use, making menu selection awkward and
-
Its OK don't like the feel and shape
-
The phone feels good in the hand with nice shape and weight.
-
Can't stand the phone up on a table because of the strange shape of the bottom
-
The rounded shape of the phone might seem like a good
-
Clumsy shape, hard to hold and headset wont stand on end (rounded)
-
It's a weird shape.
-
and I want to cash in by switching this for a model that works as it should.
-
the hd2 handset works very well, and syncs well with the ooma device, as well as with the telo wireless adapter.
-
otherwise it would hit the garbage can as fast as you can say "goodby".
-
Works as it should.
-
In about 15-30 minutes, my contacts appeared on the HD2 handset, and they do work as they should
-
The call quality is just as good as with the original ooma handset - some others here have complained that the new-ish handset isn't really a quality call experience, but I believe this depends on where your telo device is in your home
-
The back is also scratched as if someone tried to reopen it after glueing it shut.
-
The phone looks good, feels good (as in size to hold in your hand while talking pervs)
