Horrible experience to cancel.

Horrific experience when I tried to cancel their service.

And when I called them myself to troubleshoot this problem, I had the worst customer service experience I've had in 15 years

There are other family and friends of ours who have used Ooma for 10 years and have had a great experience.

However, when I called to cancel my service I was given the worst technical support experience I've had with any vendor of any product

I finally informed the customer rep that I'll record this ridiculous call and put it on facebook, even then it took another few minutes of more offer and finally she agreed to cancel my service.5 star device, take away 3 stars for horrible exit experience.

Shockingly even worse experience than with any of the cellular companies!
