A fantastic device.

The device and service are easy to setup and everything has been working great for almost a year

I would definitely NOT recommend this device to anyone for the following 2 reasons:1

The device is easy to use, set up, and it hasn't given me any issues!

It's not clear if the problem is the Ooma device, their network, or my ISP, but for whatever reason, I do on occasion get poor quality calls.

The Ooma Telo does seem to be the way to go for a flexible but powerful VOIP device to cut the cord from the phone service provided by your local communications company.

However, when the device has problems (my network port died), you'll have to figure in the price of a new 100+ dollar device.

Has ANYBODY noticed that it says this has been discontinued by manufacturer?I finally decided to figure out why I have been having problems for some time and my search led to Amazon selling the device, but still noting that it is discontinued. ??????

Not much else to say that hasn't been covered in other reviews - the device works well, albeit with a slight lag between when you speak and the person on the other end hears it.

It's a shame this is discontinued because I love this device!

Clear calls, love the ease of setup, sux they charge so much for the premier and really isn't offering much, but the device is excellent.

Have been using this VOIP phone over a month, this device has clear voice, easy to use and manage, costs less than $4 per month of tax and fees, and free calling within US.But make sure you have a reliable internet connection, and a reliable 120v AC supply( to get around the unstable AC supply, you can install an UPS).

The Ooma Telo continues to work flawlessly, the device apparently quite reliable.

I like the touch pad device, very easy to setup and use.

I bought this device because I hated to pay the high cost for regular phone service that was VOIP.

It is a very attractive device with blue back lighting for all the touch buttons, and fits well in my office at home.

Overall, the phone quality is very good, though not as good as C__cast.
