The optional Ooma handset is great in that it allows two simultaneous calls on one line/number....but very confusing on how it handles an incoming call on call waiting

Only problem I can comment on it that Ooma was not able to port our land line number.

In the case of Centurylink, your land line number is your account number; when Ooma ports that number, Centurylink cancels both.
