Verizon's message is assuming I'm using Verizon's SIM card outside of US roaming the globe, so they want me to accept or deny roaming access and contact their customer support

HOWEVER, if they are targeting American buyers, they should have an English customer support, texts, and employees in their stores.

When in France, if you want customer support for this sim, you best know fluent French as there is no English customer support
