After we landed , popped the SIM card in, received a text message stating the activation as well as for our french issued phone number

We did drive around Munich as well as to Neuschwanstein and Linderhof castles and had very strong signal coverage

We primarily used this phone for Google Maps directions when driving or using public transit, as well as for voice calls to US and European numbers, and it worked great
