My xbox had the infamous open tray error

My original xbox 360 drive was mechanically broken (tray and gears messed up).

Someone had cracked the tray, and broke the spindle off when they tried to "repair" it as best as I could tell.

I replaced my broker "open tray" DVD drive in my X-box with this

Works great had to solder in other board from old dvd player, but it works as it should.
