took the old motherboard out of the broken one cut the wires for the points and installed it in the new one works great

Perfect working on my 360

The unit is working great with no problems.

I had to replace my xbox dvd drive and this one worked fine with the xbox

All though the "new" disc drive wasn't brand new, it was clearly newer and in good working condition.

Other than that been working just fine in the Xbox I installed it in.

I called company and as usual no one took responsibility for such poor work

Got this and pulled the drive key off my broken drive with a program called jungle flasher and cloned it to this drive and it is working great.

Took all of 10 minutes to swap motherboards and works perfect.

After I swapped out the board on the drive my Xbox is working great again

But after disassembling both drives and combining the new laser assembly with the old pcb, worked great to fix my (third) xbox 360.

This worked amazing.

On the good side, after I replaced the circuit board with the original from my son's Xbox and blew the dirt out, the drive has worked flawlessly.

It took some work to swap it out, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who relies on the warranty or is uncomfortable around a soldering iron.

The drive is working well after switching the board from my original one.

In order for this to reads games you have to change circuit board from original xbox 360 drive, otherwise its only gonna read dvds and not video games, there is some soldering required but its not difficult, after swaping and soldering it works like it should.

2 month later work perfect

Great item work well in my Xbox

I simply replaced the board on the new drive with the old drive's board and my system has been working just fine without any read errors.

With mod worked well

That being said the used drive I received works well and is very quiet.
