Great cart.

Put this on the top of your list if you're looking for an affordable 1/2" mount cart.

However if you can afford a $20,000 cart go ahead with that

I can't say it's a bad cart or stylus, but for the life of me I couldn't get rid of the sibilance issue nor could I reduce the inner groove distortion.

What a drastic change over the shure blue lable which is a great sounding cart like night and day the sound stage is wide and crisp and its only been one album on

Definitely a nice cart for someone getting into vinyl, and for the seasoned music lover (notice I did not say audiophile....after all its all about the music) as well.

This is a very bright cart/stylus

At first this cart sounded really bad after I had it perfectly aligned

My feeling is that if you like the sound of the shure you will like this cartridge even more as they have a similar Timbre quality and tonal signature...for the budget conscious the Shure M97xe might be a better buy as it offers good sound at a cheaper price... but audiophiles are usually willing to pay more for something that is slightly better and so this cartridge falls into that category almost as if it were designed and priced to compete against the Shure M97xe
