This cover could not protect my phone.

OtterBox is the very best phone cover for my money

They removed some useless covers (speaker covers and silence button cover) from previous versions, which is nice as they always broke off over time anyway

Love the cover to keep dust out of the charging port, which needed replacing on a previous phone due to my husband's dusty working environment.

This case is actually two parts as well--one hard cover but also a rubberized piece which covers the corners, so now I don't have to worry about the corners of my case breaking (as they have in the past).Highly recommend the Commuter Series!

Also when I received the package, upon inspection of the item it did not include the protective clear covering for the iPhone face

The hard cover makes it slippery if you don't put it in a holder in the car.

Had to add a protective glass cover for my screen, but of course I knew that before I purchased it

Obviously, design does not protect the front, so we installed protective glass cover with it.

Lightweight yet feels fully armored, and I love the cover for the lightning port (getting dust and crap in there is annoying, this greatly helps

This case is great because it has a hard plastic cover over the silicon which makes it easier to slide in and out of your pocket

Love the colors and Otterbox is THE BEST cover for your iPhone.

However it has one unnecessary rubber cover on the battery/audio input

This product does not fit the iPhone 7 properly, I have had other iPhones in the past with different cases and they have protected the GLASS cover

Even though the 8 is water resistant, I appreciate the charging port cover (which is very easy to pry out of the way) as it prevents lint and other pocket detritus from accumulating in the lightning port

It could be 5 stars if the back cover has slick resistance like rubber line at the front & back of cover.

The cover over the charger was annoying to me at first, but now that I'm used to it, I'm glad that is protected.
