with only taking off if the phone a half dozen times, the white hard platinum cracked near the charging port and a piece broke off

The thin piece over the charging port broke within about 2 years later the entire case cracked although I never dropped it

Thin hard plastic piece below button broke, but still very usable.

A piece broke

A little piece by the battery charging port did break off but it still works fine.

Otter box i dropped and it broke off a piece in bot cnr that irritated my hand

That left a loose piece of rubber flapping that interfered with the microphone.

This product came sort of defective because the top piece doesn't seal on top of the headphone cover

The thin piece around the charging area broke pretty soon after buying

The hard, outer piece is ever so slightly bent at one corner (it was like that when I took it out of the package)

The cross bar near the port will break if you aren't careful, but thats why I don't grab my phone by a flimsy piece of plastic

Good but ear piece is a little to far from my ear.

It's a Bad piece, probably escaped the quality control, but bad nonetheless.

I have gone through 6 of these cases seems after 6 months or so the plastic gets brittle and the case itself cracks and pieces break off requiring replacement OtterBox should be ashamed to put this product out they can hold up to more than six months

I am not really sure what broke the plastic piece.
