I love OtterBox, but their prices are WAY too steep, so this is perfect!I would recommend this brand to someone who might not be so careful with their phone

The top right corner of the exterior plastic shell did not initially sit flush with the rubber
However, I just bought this one for my s5 and the top right corner of the plastic outer
I do have to replace it like once a year because when I drop it on the corner, the case always cracks - the corner near the headphone input
The top right corner by the headphone jack does not fit perfect, like my last case with Otterbox, but it does not appear to affect the protection of my phone
Minus one star just because the case does not fit properly on the top right corner

Overall, I highly recommend this case for its relatively low price, nice look, and protection from drops and water.
While the case is still functional, it's not good looking and takes away from the aesthetic of the phone
I like the look of this case, but wasn't happy with the quality.
Overall I love this case and will definitely be looking at another one like it when I eventually upgrade to the S7
I loved the look, fit, and feel of this case (the only reason I gave it 1 star) and bought this because Otterbox has a good rep, but it did NOT protect my S5

I hate getting nickle and dimed by companies, so I will not be buying another Otterbox; There are a million other companies selling phone cases to choose from...
The old otterbox kept my phone in great shape and only started falling apart and chipping away from the plastic hard case at the bottom, which is why I decided to buy the new one
Very disappointing - it seems Otterbox has outgrown their reputation as a quality phone case maker
, it didnt, it broke and cracked, back to the bulkier safer otterbox.
I didn't use my new phone until I got my Otterbox for fear of dropping and ruining it.

They were a bit difficult to get on but they are great and the price was very good.
After about a year of owning this the padding has deteriorated a bit and stretched so it doesnt hold as tightly to the phone as it did in the beginning
This seems to work for a guy who can be a bit rougher on his phones.
It's simply falling apart a little bit at a time and thats after a year of good use.

Because the screen cover was obviously very cheap, I think a second one should have been included in the box because it's so easy to screw up installing the first one despite being very careful.
the only complaint I have is that the screen cover was very difficult to place.
My wife had a cheap-o imitation of this case, and it was always difficult to hear her over the phone, especially when she was on speaker phone
I had some difficulty applying the protective screen cover and ended up not using it.
Screen cover was too difficult to apply properly, and I had to throw it out as it got too much dust on the adhesive side when I was trying to apply it.
