    • Same problems as a lot of people, the slick plastic outer shell is cheap and broke above the charging port within 4 months of having this case
    • The back is smooth, hard plastic which makes it easier for me to slide in and out of my pocket than when I've had other cases on, and it's much slimmer than other Otter Box cases

    • Unfortunately the hard plastic has continued to break off in little pieces around the bottom and the top of the phone.

    • I ordered two cases to protect a couple test phones, and I found the screen saver provided was creased rendering it useless, and the hard plastic shell didn't fit as snug as the Spigen, Incipio,UPDATE:
    • I like to hard plastic cover that the Commuter Series offers on the outer part of the case, instead of the rubber material on the Defender cases
    • YOu can remove the hard plastic outer shell if you need to slim it down for a while
    • Now it is sharp plastic on the bottom that keeps scratching me
