Durability of the rubber surrounding the hard plastic is kind of lacking, I bought it back in June of 2017, it’s now January and the rubber on the buttons are wearing away and the flaps are ripping where it creases.

Also, the soft cover when you first take it off the plastic piece in order to insert your phone becomes bent in such a way that when you place it back to the hard plastic

The interior frame of the case is brittle plastic and cracks very easily.

I didn't like that it was only hard plastic and not she soft rubber.

Like another reviewer, I too felt there was a gap between the hard plastic case screen and phone screen and the touch screen and 3D touch become completely unresponsive.

The hard plastic case underneath is very tough to remove, though I guess that's better than not being secure enough

I tried to take the screen protector off and clean the glue residue left over with a solvent, which I have used to clean plastic many times

Lastly, there is a decent size scratch on the clear plastic on the front.

This made me realize that the plastic is of the cheapest quality so with me working on cars and outdoors and around guns and cleaning solvents all

Ideally, you'd just plan never to take off the hard plastic inner cover

It is made of a cheap feeling plastic, totally not worth the money

I switched to a hard plastic bumper case and my phone shattered twice in two weeks

Make the plastic clamps a little easier to take off
