The only problem I have had with the case is that the cover over the lightning port is a little too stiff.

I tried to take the screen protector off and clean the glue residue left over with a solvent, which I have used to clean plastic many times

Dust is a major problem and while the otterbox defender lets in some dust at the ports and camera it is good enough protection where I can take out of case every couple months and wipe clean

The first time I dropped the phone, the interior frame cracked.

The interior frame of the case is brittle plastic and cracks very easily.

Nearly every time since then, the frame has cracked every time I drop the phone.

It's also hard to take off; once the hard plastic frame has clicked, it can be like pulling teeth trying to take it off

However, about month later phone calls and breaks the orange plastic part
