While it still protects the phone very well after a couple of weeks the flaps for the headphones and charger become extremely loose

I love how well holds, I do hate the charger flap though.

The bottom near the charging port broke off leaving me unable to secure the flaps

What I don't like (and this is probably due more to the phone design) are the bottom flaps for the charger and the headphones.

When the phone is being used by either, the flaps are rigid enough that they are constantly pushing on the cords.

The only design flaw that I don't like about these cases is the flaps that open for the charging port and the headphone jack.
