ok with guessing the temperature that your food is cooking and risking it being burnt or cooking too slowly

Only thing I don't like is that it has a Auto turn off when it gets to hot, I get that it's a safety thing, but just trying to boil/cook some pasta takes a looooong time because it will get to a boil, then Auto turn off stop boilin, then Auto turn back on boils the water again, then turns off stops boiling, ext ext

works great cook evenly easy to clean great product

The surface is very hot fast cooking and easy to clean

Crystal surface is broken itself when cooking

It may become a little problematic after a month or two, but nothing that would really damage your cooking

Stove top cooking very good product

It works great for my stove top cooking like sauces, soups, pasta, or if you need to boil water for tea or coffee

It heats up very fast, and very hot provides an easy-to-use device that does not take much to place & start using and eventually gives excellent cooking results as soon as you get used to it

But worst of all, it is not a safe cooking device since it it wobbles on a flat countertop
