I have really liked OXO products in the past because the quality is good and the price is acceptable.

On one hand i love the quality of the grind, but I expect a coffee grinder to last me 5-10 years, not thirty days.

It’s worth it to spend an additional $40 for a better quality grinder like the Baratza.

I clean the burr with a good quality brush and a spray bottle with rubbing alcohol

Pros: multiple levels of grind (espresso fine to course), easy to clean, good grind quality, overall does a pretty good job of keeping the grounds in the dispenser cup without getting all over the counterCons

After having owned other burr grinders, I was surprised to find this one sounds more like a high quality vacuum cleaner than a grinder.

Plastic is good quality and does retain odors

It is not meant for long-term use and the quality is poor.

Customer service is terrible, quality is marginable... and good luck if you use the grinder much... this grinds for only 2 people ... and we only drink coffee in the morning (Amaracana style)

I considered other models that were somewhat cheaper, but I’m glad I settled on the OXO - the conical burr is high-quality and grinds very efficiently

I don’t know or care because for $100 I should have gotten a better quality grinder.

I could have spent twice as much (or more) on one with more precision controls, but doubt they’d be quieter than this (almost half the noise of a Cuisinart I once owned), or produce a better quality grind

I do think if it were a plastic container it would be much, much worse as with other brands I’ve tried

so I grind medium course and only grind as much as I need (about 5 seconds).
