So I guess if I want to listen to music on my crappy work computer my music will suffer either way kinda sucks but the product does take away the noise its suppose to.

It completely eliminated any hum or static and all we have now is clear music

Particularly for soft music or audiobooks/podcasts, the noise was annoying

Used it to reduce the high pitch sound from our phone to our Mini, when playing music, and it works well.

Before installing the ground loop isolator, it was impossible to listen to audiobooks, softer music, or talk to someone on the phone through the bluetooth receiver

Feel I should run through the streets proclaiming the good word of the ground loop noise isolator, but instead I'll just enjoy distraction free music in my car.

I just got an amp for my factory stereo and I noticed a hum when the music was quiet, that wasn't there before.

This gadget fixed it 100% and I did not notice any signal attenuation - just blissful, noise-free music

The music was just as loud, and using the "8 Mile" soundtrack as my testing album, bass response was just the same, deep and powerful

I love music and this of course drove me completely crazy

After a month, the music from on the left side speakers became so quiet it was almost completely silent, once I removed this ground loop isolator the left side came back

I am a musician and the high-pitched whines generated by the ground loops between my Bluetooth receiver and my Prius had my teeth on edge.. especially annoying during soft, quiet music

I don't know if the car would have produced any feedback without this Loop Isolator, but I do know that this combined with the previously mentioned product has produced a crystal clear wireless music experience for a combined $50

It does not keep me from enjoying the music I listen to, and I am very happy with the purchase.

So if you have a faint whining sound or maybe even heavy(depending on how loud you play your music i guess) then this does the trick.

I had pretty bad static when ever music wasn't playing, once i plugged this in there was no more static, and even music sounded much clearer

After 10 seconds, though, both the bass and the midtones dropped out completely, leaving me with the tinniest of the tinny highs such that it sounded like my music was coming from a tuna can

This product makes the audio *silent* when the music is paused (no high pitched whine)

The question of does it make music sound worse is a little harder to answer because in A/B testing the music gets quieter and thus sounds less full to my ears

Louder music was okay, but the silence between songs almost made that not worthwhile either

This fixed the feedback problem for me, now music sounds great from the AUX jack

Sound quality is excellent and I can now jam out to my favorite music again.

It fixed my problem on Mini Cooper S 2006.

Other wise I can't hear it during normal use, I highly recommend this product of you need an in line filter for your audio input while you are trying to charge the device.
