Seems that when you receive a message telling you to stick a Wi-Fi into the USB slot that's a hardware failure

explained that I was starting to lose my patience and would wait for that supervisor if it took all day and night!A few minutes later the tech support guy came back and explained to me that I had a hardware failure, as if he just figured that one out for himself, and that I should return the unit and everything that came with it, including the paperwork

I called a third time and AGAIN explained the situation, to be told that there was no record of me ever calling, after handing over quite a bit of information about myself, the purchase of the unit and what was done to come to the conclusion that it had a hardware failure

The problem was obviously a hardware failure with the Wi-Fi circuitry, however, we had to go through the 'check list' and preform adjustments to the settings of the unit and my Wi-Fi router which was working perfectly
