    • Seems that when you receive a message telling you to stick a Wi-Fi into the USB slot that's a hardware failure
    • explained that I was starting to lose my patience and would wait for that supervisor if it took all day and night!A few minutes later the tech support guy came back and explained to me that I had a hardware failure, as if he just figured that one out for himself, and that I should return the unit and everything that came with it, including the paperwork
