Buggy software can turn a good product into a nightmare.

Smart Wi-Fi capability prices right, plus Panasonic has always build very reliable products.

The product came loose with with remote, manual, and power cord -- you have to supply you own HDMI cable.

What I like best about buying this product versus other stores is that I can log directly into Amazon.

I used to love Panasonic products, I will think twice before purchasing them again.......especially if they are only guaranteed for 30 days and last 160!!!

Start up of streaming services such as Netflix remains as "painfully slow" as the previous product
