I don't like the trapezoid shape but this works great after you figure out the one issue causing Netflix to fail at the loading screen

What i received was an opened box, a remote without batteries, a manual that was in bad shape, and a sticker on the outside of the box that said "like new".

Case was not properly installed, power cord held by rubber band, batteries missing, box in poor shape

It's poorly designed - buttons that are impossible to see, stupid "space-age" shape - and cheaply made, and it just functions badly

The Media render continues to work as it did on last years model.

Hubby hooked up his MP3 player to the USB and music playback works just as well as in our other player
