    Panasonic DMP-BDT230 Smart Wi-Fi 3D Blu-Ray Player (2013 Model)

    • After about 40 minutes of doing things I had already done before calling tech support, the phone went silent, then disconnected
    • explained that I was starting to lose my patience and would wait for that supervisor if it took all day and night!A few minutes later the tech support guy came back and explained to me that I had a hardware failure, as if he just figured that one out for himself, and that I should return the unit and everything that came with it, including the paperwork
    • Not on my dime after I wasted a hundred dollars buying this thing in 2013.My OLD review:I went online and was finally able to dig out the Panasonic Tech support site, it IS difficult to find
    • Finally called Tech support and was informed that NONE of the Panasonic players support a watchlist .
    • The unit preformed flawlessly, until 3 days after the cut off time to return it to Amazon, forcing me to deal with Panasonic tech support.
    • I spoke tithe tech support, but was unable to correct the problem
    • I confirmed this with Panasonic tech support
    • When I called panasonic tech support I spent an hour on the phone trying to fix that by entering numerous codes
