Since this is a product that uses firmware, I would recommend that the fist thing you do upon setting it up is to check for software updates.

The darn thing began to freeze when playing discs and streaming videos online

The manual buttons on the machine also have a crisp snap so none of that touch the wrong thing working here

Another very annoying thing which almost caused me to send it back is the splash screen which gives you new advertisements every time you turn it on

Build quality is... probably not up to par (it's light and plasticky).I just don't really trust this thing, but it's working right now

Heard great things about this player, but the sound coming from a blu-ray disc was distorted.

This thing is a poor player (way too many lags and glitches) and it is not a streamer.

The only good thing about this is that it seems to be able to play DVDs/Blu-Ray discs fine

The quick boot up is is a great thing especially when you have little kids waiting for a movie to start.

Tonight, it lost its mind and was switching between shows, pausing and starting and doing all these crazy things
