That said, I did notice an occasional problem with static background noise.

The phone has a bit of an echo and seems to pick up a LOT of background noise that people on the other end can hear very clearly.

Makes background noise which we can not seem to correct and can not turn off unknown caller to receiver caller.

On top of this, it is very difficult to use - not intuitive as to how to get voice mail, adjust the volume (the side volume adjustment only changes the ringer volume, not the conversation volume.

This phone will announce the name of the caller which is good for people who cannot read caller ID that well or slow in getting to a phone to see who is calling
