The unit came to me intact and good shape works great all phone and extender works as they should and the extender is super for my steel pole barn to get phone 50 feet across the road and inside the steel building.

I have ordered the unit on 2 occasions and on both occasions was sent the wrong unit.

Unit is almost invisible and works very well.

According to Panasonic support, his unit should work with ALL their DECT 6 systems sold since 2013

I have 2 green lights (no amber or red) at 25' from the base and didn't try going further because that's where a convenient outlet is, and the unit cleared up all cutout and base range issues.

Now, when the phone rings, we have strong signals everywhere there is a remote unit and we'll never miss a call

While I initially thought the unit wasn't working and refused to register with nothing but 2 red lights I finally tried another reviewers suggestion of De-Registering the unit before trying to register it to mine and then it linked up on the first try

Unfortuantely for me when I searched Amazon for this device to use with my Panasonic KX-TGA101S, Amazon said this was the proper unit.

these units are great

It's a fairly small unit too, so it's easy to sit on a window sill or somewhere out of the way

Once you do this set up is a breeze and you will have the unit up and working in under a minute

Before installing the extender the 200 foot away one was not receiving signal and the number 5 unit was weak

Easy to install and use, this unit extended the Panasonic five handset phone's range from the house to my entire property.

I will have to try it in the summer away from the house as it look like the main unit has sufficient coverage.

I received the range extender on 9-19-2013, registering the unit to the base of the Panasonic KX-TG6842 was very simple, 2 green lights are on and when the phone is being used the top green light flashes ( phone is being used ) the item is a good looking unit and I will comment later as to my satisfaction on the reception at range when I get to that stage.
