The unit seems to work as advertised, although I did NOT do a "range check" beforehand to establish a performance baseline
Just be sure to follow the instructions for pairing the extender to your phones base unit precisely as described in said instructions and they'll work as well or even better than advertised
Before installing the extender the 200 foot away one was not receiving signal and the number 5 unit was weak
I have 2 green lights (no amber or red) at 25' from the base and didn't try going further because that's where a convenient outlet is, and the unit cleared up all cutout and base range issues.

Its important to Contact Panasonic for your correct model number, can do this from their web site
The model number wasn't indexed in the search database when I tried it.
And since our phone is an EU phone - even though this is the correct model number - this will not work with our phone
If you happen to search the Support section of Panasonic.com for the installation instructions use the keywords "range extender" instead of the model number.
However, after purchasing this and going back and forth with Panasonic tech support, we learned that this model is released in the US with the same model number as the EU
